On Saturday, a mother was under arrest after giving her daughter drops of hydrochloric acid, According to the mom, she was trying to cure her daughter’s autism. The 28-year old mom was putting drops of the concoction into her daughter’s drinks.
The acid mixed with water purifying solutions becomes a bleach that goes by the name of Miracle Mineral Solution. Advocates claim that the mixture is a cure for diseases such as AIDS, autism, cancer, and many other ailments.
Back in 2010, the FDA issued a warning against people using the MMS. However, on their site, MMS users claim that it is an amazing compound. Also, that it continues to stand the test of time.
The Center for Disease Control and Prevention says that there aren’t currently any medications that can cure autism. Even so, there are still medications that can help with certain aspects in association with autism.
Some people who are apart of autism’s neurodiversity movement don’t feel as though there needs to be a cure. They feel as though it is just an identity for humans.

One man, in particular,is currently serving time in prison for selling the concoction. He was selling them on his business website. Another father had his seven children removed from the home due to giving them drops of MMS in their water.
According to him, signs of nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea were clear signs that it was working.
