Thursday night, Trisha Yearwood met her match when her look-a-like wax figure was unveiled at the grand opening of Madame Tussauds Nashville.
People in the industry came to Opry Mills Mall to be the first to see new attraction before opening it to the public. And as a surprise, Trisha revealed her new wax figure on stage.
Trisha says the figure is wearing an award show outfit that she loved. She says she is honored that Madame Tussauds made her a wax figure.
The wax figure of Trisha Yearwood will stay at Madame Tussauds Nashville, which is also the first place in the U.S to focus only on musical artists. the attraction features all different music genres from country, to rock, to pop, to jazz, and everything in between.
Over fifty artists are in Madame Tussauds Nashville from all music genres. Some include Faith Hill, Tim McGraw, Johnny Cash, Miley Cyrus, Kid Rock, Jimi Hendrix, Beyonce, Stevie Wonder, and many more.
Visitors can interact with their favorite music icons. While walking through the attraction, they will also play trivia, get their pictures on the Jazz Wall Of Fame, record their own songs, stand on the Opry stage, and dress up in costumes to get the full rock star experience.
Madame Tussauds Nashville is now open to the public! Tickets are available online or at the door. Prices vary between $19-$43 each depending on the package you choose. The location is open from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm Monday through Saturday. And open 11:00 am to 7:00 pm on Sundays.
